Outbid has no account system, requires no registration, builds no user profiles, and runs no advertising trackers. We process only the minimum data necessary to complete “bid → pay → rank.”
What you submit: the entry name and link of your bid (these are displayed publicly on the board — do not include sensitive personal information) and the bid amount.
Generated during payment: order number, payment status, and transaction timestamps. When you pay with WeChat Pay, we obtain only the openid needed to initiate payment via WeChat's silent authorization (no nickname, avatar, or profile data). When you pay by card, your email, country, and card details are collected and processed directly by our acquirer and Merchant of Record, Waffo.com Limited — we never see or store your card number.
On your device: browser localStorage keeps only your language preference and any pending order number (used to restore state after returning from payment). A cookie stores the WeChat openid only for in-WeChat payments. We use no third-party advertising or analytics cookies.
Solely to: create and confirm payment orders, credit scores and display the board, reconcile transactions, handle complaints and content-removal requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your information to anyone.
The following processors handle necessary data to provide the Service: WeChat Pay (Tenpay Payment Technology Co., Ltd., CNY payments), Waffo.com Limited (card acquiring, Merchant of Record), Vercel Inc. (website hosting), and Upstash (board and order data storage). Each processes data under its own privacy policy.
The board is a public page: the name, link, and cumulative amount of your entries are visible to all visitors and may be indexed by search engines. Treat your entry as a public advertisement.
Order data is retained for reconciliation purposes. Via the email below, you may request: access to data related to your payments, correction of entry information, or removal of entries you submitted (note: removal does not entitle you to a refund). We will respond within a reasonable period.
The Service involves payments and is not intended for minors. If you are a minor, do not make payments on this Service.
