Outbid (outbid.fiit.ai, the “Service”) is a public pay-to-rank board. You bid on any name or link; $1 buys 1 point, and entries are ranked in real time by cumulative amount paid. There is no user account system — placing a bid is participation.
The minimum bid is $2 (USD), in whole-dollar amounts. Two payment channels are available: (a) WeChat Pay, which charges the CNY equivalent of your bid at the reference exchange rate posted on the Service; and (b) international cards, processed in USD by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Waffo.com Limited, which also handles taxes, compliance, and payment disputes for that channel. The amount shown on the payment page at checkout is authoritative.
Upon successful payment, your entry's score is credited automatically and the board re-ranks in real time. Rankings are dynamic: anyone may outbid you at any time. Losing a position, or dropping out of the displayed range, is not grounds for a refund. Placement and duration of display are not guaranteed.
Bids are instantly consumed digital services. All payments are final and non-refundable, including without limitation: being outbid, dissatisfaction with display results, mistakes in the content you submitted, and removal of content that violates these Terms — except where refunds are mandated by applicable law.
Bidders are solely responsible for the names and links they submit and for the content those links point to. The following are prohibited: content that violates applicable laws or regulations; content infringing intellectual-property, reputation, or privacy rights of others; pornography, gambling, scams, malware, and phishing links; and content impersonating any person or organization. We may remove violating entries without prior notice, and amounts already paid will not be refunded.
We may adjust the rules, the reference exchange rate, or the payment channels, and may suspend or discontinue the Service when necessary. Material changes will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
The Service is provided “as is,” without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Third-party links on the board are supplied by bidders; we make no warranty as to their content or safety, and you visit them at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses or lost profits, and our aggregate liability to any user is capped at the amount that user actually paid.
The Service is operated by Quanse Caixiang (Beijing) Technology Co., Ltd., which is the payee for the WeChat Pay channel. The payee for the international card channel is Waffo.com Limited (Merchant of Record). For disputes, complaints, or content-removal requests, contact dothingsatonce@gmail.com.
